"Fern Outage"?
I say "Fern Outrage!"
Can not fucking believe I had to watch an ABs game without others telling me how the ref was fucking up constantly.
'twas a little disconcerting to say the least.
But yeah, thanks fellow nerds for sorting it out. Sounds like a fuck-mix of paperwork-bullshit causing the problem, and tech-savvy creating a workaround... something I've had all too much experience of myself recently. -
newly registered domain, means blocked by work on work laptop... this outage keeps on giving lol

Yeah the proxy at my work is doing some slightly odd things, gives me a warning that I click continue on, then works OK after that but if I try to up-vote anything it gives me a denied message so doesn't like that part of it at all. I'm not sure I can come up with a strong enough business case for them to allow it all, but as Kirwan says the old URL will return at some point.
I assumed it was some sort of domain licensing issue at the time, was googling "silverfern forum" periodically to see if something new had been set up, but ended up seeing the email in my junk and got in from there before google started returning the new URL in results.

Do you have the issue if you go direct to this?

Try again. Refresh first
I just removed a typo in a config file and restarted
-
@Duluth thanks, but the denied message is from our proxy server so don't think it's anything you can fix. I refreshed and tried again and same error
-
Ok
There was a browser error that I have gotten rid of. So I fixed something.. just not your issue
-
take the hint NQ...

Mobile now working OK 100% for me on Android.
Had a problem yesterday on Mobile access when adding an Android "app" to the home screen - brought up my profile page whatever URL I used. Now fixed.
