Selection questions should haunt Australia, why not select Tupou for the 23 in tests 1&2? Why wasn't Uru involved?

The non selection of Tom Hooper in test 2 should be added to that. Crazy.

Is Gleeson a better bench option than Hooper? Not for me.

A good point. I guess I was thinking more about starting players. Gleeson is a good bench option for when the game breaks up a little

Sheehan gave a good post match interview.

Unlike Itoje who was a bit of a tool after Tests 1 & 2

I'm not sure Tom Hooper would have been as effective last week - his game suits a grinding wet weather style. Last week was far more open

Has not acknowledged the opposition once. Thanked RA for hosting while giggling at his team mates, but never even said the word "Wallabies".

    Sheehan did.

Didn’t see the game as was standing in a passport queue in Porto for most of it. Selections killed us, but fair play to the wobs, love how much they cared

That Porto one is the worst in recent times I can recall.

    Nobody was bad
But like the Irish team, good sides who can match them physically have worked them out and nullify them

It’s Schmidt’s homework that Farrell is copying after all

Well got up this morning, and pleased with result. Although I wasn't overly worried who won series, was pleased it wasn't a sweep, as I never really thought personally it was a 'great' Lions team. I tried to watch game, but after getting home form a bloody good shield game in New Plymouth, it just felt flat, and when the stop for lightning happened , I headed for bed, So good on Wallabies, and congrats to Lions for series win.

    Just watched replay.

Match was officiated well, (TMO was a farce though, clean out on Lynagh, and then looking at nothing for 3mins ffs) Particularly pleased to see BIL constantly told not to put the ball in to the opposition to milk advantage / penalties at every ruck.

Bledisloe is going to be good this year, Wallabies galvanized through the BIL series and building some nice combos.

He does come off as a smug prick. And that was before the head knock....

Yeah he knows he just has to walk on for the hyper critical Pom rugby media to laud him.

Decent series, lions really weren’t up for game 3 but the Wobs were.
