    Stade de France
    Friday 9.10am NZT!

Ok fellas some serious rugby starting, on Waitangi day too and good time for us to watch it! Teams come out later today (I think) so we can start discussing?
I love these, absolutely neutral and so can just sit and enjoy whatever happens.

Ireland clearly a nation in decline. Night game at home for France. Shouldn’t be close

So it doesn't clash with the Winter Olympics ceremony.

What's up with Aki and Henshaw not in the Ireland squad ? injured ? McClosky is a good substitute to be fair.

In saying that France by at least 15.

6 game ban, 2 were suspended, missing 3 6N games. And he's about 35 now.

France's depth at prop isn't as good as the Top 14 hype suggests, but Ireland don't have Porter or Furlong. Both 6:2 benches. Stockdale back from the cold ahead of Lowe.

Not much of a message if his form had to be that bad to get dumped.

will be watching in a pub in Dublin this evening, keeping my voice down and not overcelebrating when France destroy the Irish. Genuinely don't know enough about Ireland's front row, will be interested to see how they go.

France should win easily but they don't like it up 'em and Ireland are just a pain in the arse, if Ireland can keep it close then I worry for the England game against both.

McCarthy, O'Toole and Clarkson are also missing in the front row. Fortunately for Ireland, France's main weakness is at prop as most of the Top 14 and ProD2 props are not French.

@Dodge Nah, just let it all out Dodge, we won't mind! No one here expecting much from this Ireland team anyway. The French will be unstoppable against this Ireland team with Prendergast at the helm. I can see an intercept try or two from his risky passing.
