Quite a range of scores so far this week as all of the last 3 matches have had both teams well backed - and all 3 of them were very narrow wins. Leading on 52 are Joan and Mary and Plastered Peni (that's 2 players not 1 or 3) with Sportboy on 49 and Hydro and Bay Boy Tim on 47. Kev and myself share the worst score of 19. The Bush have taken the lead in the top of the table clash and Harbour-Auckland, BOP and South Island are in line to form a split between the top 5 and bottom 3. Not a single person has HB to take down the Cantabs but there are a few picking Waikato for a narrow victory. Counties-Waikato 32 - 35 Harbour-Auckland

Everything is updated after Week 4 http://www.eglobal.co.nz/tsfnpc16/tsf.htm Wellington managed the equal second highest score of the season - yet lost to BOP who recorded the highest score. Harbour-Auckland had the third lowest score of the weekend - yet beat Counties-Waikato who had the lowest. Wairarapa Bush continue their Canterbury like season with maximum points from 4 games, Harbour-Auckland, BOP and Hawke's Bay are currently in the play-off spots with South Island close behind. Midge was the only tipper to pick 8/8, a very performance with a few close games. 7/8 for Plastered Peni, Joan and Mary, Hydro and Sportboy, Broughie is back on top but it is close now, just a point ahead of Dogmeat who is a point ahead of Triple T. All down to Tim in 14th are within 20 points of the top. Midge 63

2 games where the tips were split 50/50 for Counties/Naki and 59/41 in favour of HB over the Stags means there are some good scores and some bad ones so far. Sitting on 20/20 are Bay Boy Tim, Allstar, Higgins and Victor. A few have 17 as well. There's a fair few on 2 points and some of the latecomers who missed the first game are still on zero. The overall standings have shifted as Broughie has just 2 points and Dogmeat hasn't even tipped. Triple T 217

Wednesday again so get your tips in - only 18 in so far. We're 5 weeks into a 9 week season so just past halfway and the randomness of the results is keeping it close at the top. 20-30 points is not a huge amount to make up as Broughie showed last week by losing 20 points to those below him and dropping from 1st to 7th. The top 16 are all within 30 points of the lead. The Bush have a perfect season so far and have 5 of their team in that top 16. Harbour-Auckland needs to beat them this weekend or they will lose their top 4 spot to the winners of South Island v Counties-Waikato. Just this week and next week and then we move into playoffs for the top 4.

Have to say the Facebook group is the best thing we've had for reminding people to tip - especially for the NPC with Wednesday games. One quick post at 5am and already 11 people have submitted. Anyone got the secret to picking Counties results? I've been wrong on all 3 of their recent last minute games and there's a good chance the Waikato game will be another close one.
