How in the professional era with fitness coaches and state of the art gyms, nutritionists etc can any sidH be that much fitter than another?

The only positive from Gatland coaching the Chiefs is that it shows he shouldn't ever be in consideration for coaching the All Blacks.

Although, I've heard doing a bad job at that helps get you the job...
