<p>Well now its a Kiwi vs SA game I find I just cant support those hairy in bred saffa's and have to support the Canes :(</p>
<p>I know blame the Highlanders for putting me in this situation  and I am off for a long hot shower to see if I can clean my soul</p>

<p>I think the reason Rennie has won 2 titles was Wayne Smith was an assistant, since he has left the Chiefs havent taken the title. </p>

<p>Anyone but the Canes please for two reasons</p>

<p>1) Keith Quinn. Ok this is an old grudge but he always pissed me off with his wellington bias and all the lame excuse's he used to come up with everytine the Canes or Wellington lost (which they did all the time) I must be one of the few Cantabs that would rather lose to Auckland all due to him.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>2) Martin Devlin. Just because I love listening to him after his team loses highly entertaining and I know how he feels he just does it so much better than me</p>
<p> </p>
<p>I want the Landers but I think the travel will kill them in the final (if they win in SA)</p>

<p>Looks like the Crusaders are going to continue along the same lines as before, wouldn't know a good back if it bit them on the arse.</p>
<p>I cant see an aging ex wallaby that been playing touch footy for the last 5 years is going to fix our back line.</p>

<p>Would rather they get some young raw talent and build for the future, will not mind a couple of years building strenght if we could see some potential.</p>
<p>Not like the last eight seasons where we got progressivly worse and they still did squat about it.</p>
<p>Thank gods we at least have Dagg and Crotty.</p>
<p>Mo'unga is showing plenty of promise and he is young so hopefully a long term answer, more signings like this please</p>

<p>This had better be a bloody rumour, highly unlikely he is going to be in the best form of his life.</p>
<p>We have had shit recruiting in the backs for years and if true it looks like its going to continue.</p>

<p>Would rather they get some up and comers and invest in the future, could take a couple of years of misery if we are going to see something special in the future.</p>

<p>Doesn't fill me with confidence that the highlasnders can go back to back after watching that but thank god they won, great D at the end</p>

<p>Well that was worse than I feared, we are just shit and the only fact we are in the finals is because Australia and SA teams are more shit.</p>

<p>The main reason we have won fuck all in 8 years is piss poor recruiting, this lot couldn't recognise a decent back if it bit them on the arse. We have been lucky a few times (Dagg, Nadolo and Crotty) and now anyone with some talent isn't coming here to be fucked up and turned into a sideways running crab.</p>

<p>Yes I am bitter and twisted but it fucks me off how shit we have become even with one of the best forward packs around.</p>

<p>Will be a close run game but the biggest concern I have is we have not beaten another Kiwi side apart from the blues.</p>

<p>Up against good opposition we have folded every time, Canes by 7 or under even with our home advantage :(</p>

<p>I read somewhere last night that this is the first time the Chiefs have brought up 50 points in a Super rugby game, that cant be right can it?</p>

<p>To be fair to Toddy with injuries and suspensions this would be his first oppurtunity to field this back line wouldn't it?</p>

<p>On paper a walk in the park for the Canes so I am picking the blues by 1 and hope the Canes of old team turns up :)</p>

<p>Dagg to FB, move Ben to the wing, leave BB on the bench and park the pie truck up till he gets an overhaul</p>

<p>Just back from watching both games and I must say I enjoyed both, Highlanders just a little disappointing but the Canes played some great broken play rugby.</p>
<p>Cudos to them taking the win but luckily no canes fans turned up at the bar so saved me some money</p>

<p>In a short term basis Highlanders are playing better rugby than the Canes hence I believe the Highlanders will win Understand me now?</p>
