Good to see ALB in their again, he's really seized his chance this year - Ngatai must be sitting at home gutted.

I would like Patrick T to get a run in this one - or any of the remaining ones!

But, yet again an AB team with nothing really to debate.

And unfortunately it's not even for a controversial reason like he was "dropped". Cruden has a groin strain....

It's a very strong line up. The calls to Switch Moody and Crockett, it seems they like Crockett's Impact off the bench better in the final 30.

Good to see Taylor get another run off the bench as he was effective last week.

Let's hope we see that Romero fella again as he wasn't half bad when he came on last weekend.

Well done to Ardie on his first start. Looking forward to see how he goes when the game is at its most physical. It will be interesting to see how long he plays given the earlier comments about him.

I wonder if TKB will feature? Sort of seems to be in the Patty T category.

The Barrett starting at 10 experiment seems to be going okay so let's keep it going

Glad to see the same midfield selected. Improved performance as a combination last week I thought, but plenty to work on. Like ALB on the bench, but I suspect they will be looking at Moala once he's fully fit and ready.

Dagg a winger??? Nah never work....

yeah I saw that clip doing the rounds on FB...to their credit, most of the kids at least tried to tackle him, however half-heartedly or with poor technique...but jeez, he looked far too big for that grade.

Was bad enough in TR Jnr's U11 grade this year seeing the odd kid nearly as tall as me running about, luckily those bigger kids were usually powder puffs so wasn't an issue.

Well two of the All Blacks best attacking backs are skinny white guys ( Savea the obvious exception ) so that's very encouraging for our children. Read is big but he's hardly a monster compared to some and get's through the tackles and knocks people on their asses.

Island kids do grow up much faster though, that's a fact. I remember a future Manu Samoan international in my year get measured up in third form for PE, 6 foot and 96kgs ! fucken hell, I had to lean as far to the right on the scales as I could and it still didn't hit 50kg.

Everyone predicted that the Tongan Thor would be a star. Now, obviously, chosing to play for the Reds doesn't help his cause and he's still young, but he hasn't been that impressive yet, has he?

seriously this is so fucking boring. This year was supposed to be fun, with new players, new combinations, we would come back to the field a bit, and test matches would be entered with trepidation by AB fans drunk on success. The Fern would be full of acrimony and in-fighting as any stumble was blamed on someone new who should never have been there over insert better player from my team

And it turns out everyone who has needed to step up has; the opposition have got worse, not us; we're picking the same fucking team every week, and it's full of players too good for whoever we are playing.

And the worst we got was 50 decent minutes from the Argies, and Winger trying to make out the coaches hated the Hurricanes because Marshall, Woodward, and Shields didn't make the team.

                                  Fucking weak.

Let's see if the kid goes anywhere once the others catch up to him. Having a head over everyone else, and a 15kg advantage (maybe 20kg) makes it easy for him.

Well yeah, Nonu used to do that at will as he was coming up the ranks but the reason he is regarded as a great ( rightly so ) is cos of all the skills he added along the way.

Yep agree that this test is probably the least captivating encounter between these two teams ever and I think Hansen is so good now that I don't think we're likely to be overconfident and screw it up like previous AB teams at various incredibly memorable times in the past. I am still very interested in our march to pass that elusive 17 straight win hurdle though. Looking forward to playing England at the end of the year, think I read an article where Eddie Jones said he only needs to improve player performance by 3% to beat us. (The article's editor probably rounded that from 3.468129% because Eddie isn't that inexact)
