What happened to the rumoured Patrick Tuifua signing ?,has he changed his mind or gone to another franchise.You wouldn't think he would have taken a WTG contract when he would earn much more money in France.

Tuifua is "signed" as pre-season injury cover only for Brayden Iose who had surgery during the NPC. Once Iose returns to full fitness, maybe not in time for season opener, then Tuifua will be gone unless there are injuries to other loose forwards.

No Harkin is absolutely criminal. Riley Hohepa? **** me.
That is a bad signing Hohepa was a massive handbrake for the Crusaders last year.Harkin would have been a better signing he looks promising.

@Chris so Preston has signed for the Crusaders then?, thought Hurricanes offered him a contract, he must have turned it down.
@george33 its was just confirmed on the radio Ian Smith was chatting to someone from the Crusaders , he mentioned Preston had a contract sitting in from of him from both the Canes and Saders but has opted for the latter

Enari being signed would that mean Adam Lennox is with the Chiefs? It's just I think Lennox has been the most consistent 9 in npc the past 2 yrs

@Steven-Harris I'd have liked Preston but obviously we have Roigard, and a promising Viljeon, so missing out on Kyle doesn't sting as much. Him and Hotham would be in the 23 most weeks at the Saders I'd imagine.

Hohepa and Eneri are both dud signings. I don't see them even pushing for the top 23.
Tis why Harkin not signing is disappointing as he would contend for a spot imo.

Players like Harkin missing out is even more frustrating for me given O'Connor at the Saders. NZ is struggling to find 10s. We should be developing them now, not giving spots to overseas has beens.

Harkin hasn't shown up elsewhere yet, so, with Cameron named, but being out all season as I understand it, I wonder if he's in the squad via the WTG?
