Cheika having a bitch about BOK's referring in the Gloucester-Leicester game. Hint: his team lost.

At 42, Ma'a Nonu just played for Toulon and is now the oldest player ever to play in the top 14.

This is beyond inspirational. Ma'a is the man.

I remember someone telling me he REALLY focused obsessively on stretching/yoga in an effort to prolong his career. It's paying dividends and then some. A lesson there for all of us with our mid 40s aches and pains ( MN5 types this while stretching the hammies )

He's been retired from the ABs for 10 years now, surely he coulda had a crack in 2019 at least ?

Shit he would have been good value in 2023 from the sounds of things too.

I'd take him over Jordie or David Havili right now.

Toulon against Saracens ends in a Basketball scoreline with the French side the winners. Leicester Faingaanuku on the score sheet. I'm sure he'll be back in the Black Jersey in the next 18 months

Jordie Barrett only on the bench for Leinster's HEC Knock out game against Harlequins.

Toulon put 70 on Saracens. Leinster put 60 on Harlequins. Absolute thrashings. The English club sides are really struggling to compete at this level. Maybe they need to enter English regions or something into the European Cup to make these games more competitive and interesting?

And to add to today's misery for English clubs, Glasgow put 40 on Leicester.

Toulouse comfortably ahead in the second half, but at least it's not another blow out.

Leinster, Bordeaux, Northampton. Toulouse will have a tough game in Toulon. They have a six-day turnover and the game is played in Toulon where it is not always easy to win.
Bordeaux took the game a bit lightly against Ulster. They will be more motivated against Munster. They have a deadly backline (Lucu, Jalibert, Bielle-Biarrey, Moefana, Penaud) against which Munster has no equivalent. Their forwards are not bad either.
