Read the forwards first and got excited, only to see Capewell in the centres, can only hope for a late switch with Tanner Stowers-Smith who is on the extended bench, or god forbid Morgan Harper

Yup strong defensive display from the Dogs. They'll go deep in this year's comp. They just choked the Bunnies into submission.

Didn't see that Dolphins performance coming especially at 16-2 down. Kerr played well off the bench, as did Kodi Nikorima, and of course, as mentioned, Isaiya Katoa.

Both teams had a couple of injuries out of that. Looks like Plath and Kaufusi will be out for a bit, as will Jack Howarth for Melbourne. His injury especially played into the hands of the Dolphins as it seemed to open up the field out wide for Farnworth and Hammer to exploit with Joe Chan out there, not to mention Harry Grant being out for an extended period.
