Only worth watching the Directors Cut, where the delicious Diane Kruger gets her tits out.
<br />
<br />
Why in God's name didnt that make the original cut???? It could have made some of my ticket money worthwhile. Brad Pitt was awful in that film. Looked the part for sure but certainly showed his limitations as an actor. -

The slo-mo-ish slam-dunk where he plants his dagger into Australian wrestling flameout Nathan Jones was kinda cool.<br />

Yep, Directors Cut ups the T&A content, good move. I have to admit i don't mind the movie for some light-hearted entertainment, but some of the acting is terrible. Liked the Hector v Achilles fight, thought it was well put together. <br />
<br />
Tim i am sure you have seen this one a bunch of times, i watched "Tango and Cash" in all its 80s awesome-ness last night. Got it all, muscles, mullets, badly-acted foriegn-type bad guy, ridiculous weapons (see Cash's hand-gun with the big fuck off laser sight thing on the top) and ripping dialogue<br />
"when this is all over we should pay Jabba the Hutt here a visit"<br />
"I'll bring the chainsaw"<br />
"I'll bring the beer"<br />
<br />
Epic. -

And a Harold Faltermeyer soundtrack. <img src='http://www.daimenhutchison.com/invision/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' /><br />

Think it could just be time for another viewing. -
Watched Salt (Bourne Identity with a chick instead of F.A.G. member Matt Damon) and Prince of Persia (Pirates of the Caribbean with "Persians" who had English accents instead of pirates) this weekend. Both pretty meh. Mindless entertainment. But too formulaic/predictable for Salt, and not enough killing/blood/splatter Gladiator style for POP (it is a Disney movie after all). Watch to relieve boredom, but don't expect too much.

In my (juvenile) state, I can't say Matt Damon. I always say his name using the TA:WP Matt Damon voice. Mmmaattt Damonnnn.<br />

Just saw The Expendables. It's awesome in its b-grade awesome-ness!!! Muscles, terrible dialogue, big guns, lots of dead South American soldiers, non-shot good guys. All the ingredients are there, it doesn't pretend to be anything other than a homage to the movies that made them all famous. It's fucking cool and i loved it.

Yeah I have to say the fights were very cool. With more of that + more of Kruger and less of Pitt and O'Toole the film could have been much more enjoyable. -
watched "The Bank Job" last night and would highly recommend to those of you who enjoyed the likes of Lock, Stock and 2 Smoking Barrels. It's a yarn about a Bank robbery that is successful far beyond the imagination of the robbers, with lots of plot twists and a layer of laughs for good measure

not to mention based on a true event....

Disengage Brain. Try not to pick holes in Worthington's "acting". Ogle hot chick. Enjoy fun mytholigical adventure movie.
Gonna get out 'Clash of the Titans' tonight after missing it at the movies. Can anyone give me a quick review ? my mates opinions have been a bit of a mixed bag.....
<br />

Shit.<br />
<br />
Just a flat movie to be honest, 5 mins after you finished watching it you forget it.<br />
The Original is much better (from my 10 year old at the time self!) -
I'd say disappointing was my reaction, so wanted it to be awesome....

Cheers men. As the wife is going out drinking tomorrow night for the first time in a million years i'll get it then and report back. M4Ls review is the most promising and don't worry, I didn't try to pick holes in his "acting" in the latest Terminator either ! -

This. Big time. A couple of hours I'd rather have back unfortunately. -
Piranha (3D). Boobs, asses, more boobs and some of the goriest carnage I have seen in the movies in a long time. Better than I had any right to expect. 8/10

I watched "Taken" for about the 4th or 5th time last night (its one of those movies that whenever it is on, i feel compelled to watch it). Liam Neeson is a fucking bad ass. So violent, it's great fun, in a dark, desperate vengeance sort of way.
