Assuming the Algerians don't test their own athlete and somehow come up with a test result showing he's a woman, I agree with Jon Pike about the likely outcome here:
Guess who didn't take a test or register for the Eindhoven tournament...

I remember reading one female athlete from the 80's or early 90's describe sex testing as one of the most terrifying things she did in her sport. She couldn't help worring the test would tell her she was not 'female' enough. Something as blokes we can never understand. Some blokes have a hard enough time accepting drops in testosterone levels.
