So thoughts on RTS Wahs fans? I've never liked him on the wing, always felt he should be at the back, but despite being out if position, I feel like I'm seeing a player in massive decline. Would it be for the best that this is his last season in the NRL?
He's less of a liability than DWZ, which isn't saying much. As long as they aren't overpaying, he's still solid if not setting the world on fire

He's been average for a few years now which is a massive decline from his best form. Doesn't have the pace for fullback, the strength and step for centres so it feels like they're putting him on the wing because that's the last position available to them if they just want him on the field.
Also an unbelievably undeserving All Black.

Last week he got the second most run metres by a wing in a match ever in NRL.
This says to me he is still a fullback playing on the wing. Don’t think he is decline personally however I don’t think he is being played in his best position and often has to go looking for the ball. Our halves and centres dont create enough space for him. When they do he usually scores.I would not begrudge him going elsewhere either, pay check is right for talented fullbacks.

He's still good on his feet and continually embarrasses players. Should be playing 1 and attacking around the ruck

Nah, he's crap. Wahs should pay half his wage and send him to the Tigers to end his career.

This Warriors fan thinks it's silly having him in the team if he's on the wing, especially when CNK is not playing at fullback.
TBH, not seeing the massive decline you and @antipodean are seeing.
-
Maybe it's him playing out of position that's making me think that he's not looking the player he once was.
-
And it has come to pass, Penrith have pissed in to the top 4, on the back of like 30 straight wins, and every single team above them heard it as they arrive at the training ground today
Elsewhere the Broncs are fucked. Manly continue to be less than the sum of their parts. The Wahs have too many top line players out, or just coming back, and are falling to our realistic position in the comp. Flip side of that result was the Dogs looking good again. The Sharks lost again because they are untrustworthy. The Dolphins injury count finally caught up with them, and they copped an absolute pasting. The Titans saw they were too close to Des keeping his job so decided to lose to the depleted Rabbits (though Trell Mitt with another big play fucking helps). The Cowboys lost again.

Some big games coming up. This weekend kicks of with Penrith v the Storm in a GF preview.
We absolutely just have to get a win against the Dragons, but they are tough to beat for anyone.
Dolphins v Broncos in the injury ward cup. Dogs v Roosters will be a belter given both teams' current form.Friday week the prelim finals come early as we get the Panthers v the Raiders in to the Dogs v the Storm on one night.
-
Suspect weather plays a big part for this weeks games again. Sydney under water so teams playing there need to be able to handle it.
Some big games this week though for sure -
Great game last night the two arguably strongest teams (Canberra says hi) going at it in wet conditions. Some questionable calls regarding kicks but nice to see Penrith on the wrong end for once
Still these two teams really play great league. Will the warriors take advantage of the Penrith loss? Doubt it, but we shall see
-
Absolute belter of a game wasn't it? Big win for Melbourne with that halves pairing.
I thought Grant lost it for them with that shot play 8 minutes from time but then he brought it home.Love a try taking advantage of the defensive cheating on field goals
-
Warriors absolutely stinking the joint up in the opening 20.
Mistakes, dumb penalties, shit right edge defence. Where is the leadership.
Will be lucky to make the playoffs, if they do they’ll be dumped out in the first week.
Bizarrely, if we somehow win this we'll be top 4 again.
Not looking like we're going to win at this stage though.
-
Dragons looking the much better team so far even with 2 blokes gone for the game.

We might have a chance as they're running out of players.
-
Much better 3rd quarter from the Warriors, however still couldn’t capitalise on the scoreboard.
If, and that’s a big IF at the moment, we can minimise the dumb errors and penalties, we’re a definite chance to over run them in the second half, especially if they lose a 3rd player to an HIA.
-
Dargons to still win even fielding 11 players we look like we will fuck every thing up tonight except accidentally injuring other players
-
Warriors start to the second half as they started the first half.
We actually won a penalty, great chance to put pressure on and start well, but no, Leka the Wrecker comes up with an error on tackle one, which is his third of the game.
Fark sakes.
Edit: On the back of the error we spend the next 7 minutes and endless set restarts, defending our own line.
-
JFH needs to be pulled, he’s having an absolute mare.
He should be setting the standards, but he’s made 4 errors now.
This is death by a thousand unforced errors.
Another so called leader in Ford drops the ball hot on attack early in the set.
That’s his 3rd drop.
