I don't think that will be the team. It is a rehash of the 23 that played Wellington but Sinkinson went off injured and Salabiau must have failed his HIA as he didn't return.

    And it wasn't:

A mix of some players returning from injury, and some rookies.

An entertaining game, and an identical score in both the NPC and FPC games. A big shift by Dylan Eti on debut.

A quality rant from Dale Budge.

Sunday's farce shows how broken rugby is - Counties Sports Hub

Enough is enough. If alarm bells aren’t ringing at World Rugby or New Zealand Rugby offices they should be after the complete farce that was the Steelers losing their round three NPC game. It won’t make headlines, and I doubt anyone outside of Counties Manukau will care, but the ending of that...

There were times when CM were offside in those late stages of the game that weren't called. It goes both ways.

The bigger concern to me is that local ARs are used in all games (obviously to save costs), and they seem reluctant to call anything like forward passes etc.

It's hard to know what the crowd numbers were as everyone is in the main stand. They were certainly a lot of CM supporters near me, including some family of players.

Respectfully, that article is pure cope. It wasn't a good game all round, take the loss and move on.

Forgets the bad miss on penalty kick a few minutes earlier.
