Normal service resumes
Lol at the end when Vaimauga admitted to dropping the ball.
No shame in losing to Parra. They're a good side.
They’re an enigma, that ultimately revolves around Moses. when Moses is in the side anything is possible, when he is not there you win by 30
We still should have beaten them though, it is highly possible we don’t win another game this year now

I see it the opposite. I think they're building a great side for next year and dare I say probably swap positions with the Wahs next year. They have some great young gems to go with some experience guiding them running around for them to compliment Moses
A question for the Wahs should be, why did it take 60 mins before looking to do something? Yes, we all know how limited they are on attack, but they showed nothing until going behind by plenty.
-
Show me evidence they win without Moses, I think you’ll find historical stats show they re toothless even under Ryles. If he is out they have another average season.
Wahs have a simple game plan which is grind your opposition down and capitalise on pressure. It’s fair to say they’re reluctant to change until late in the game which we have seen multiple times this year. Annoying as hell when you can see versus some teams it doesn’t always work. I can’t see coaching changing tactics either.
Hence why I also maintain we don’t win another game this year. Watch the wahs leave it too late again to fire a shot and Webster give the same speech.

We'll agree to disagree on the Eels. They've spent the first half of the season clearing out deadwood and have a new spine altogether, with Iongi, Smith and Papali'i all babies. Throw in new forwards like Tuilagi, Moretti and Kautoga to go with the experience they have, and they're really developing a nice side that'll be competitive again next year onwards. This year was always a rebuild for them, and what sides don't struggle without their premium half? They've won 3, maybe 4 times without Moses this season, notably beating manly convincingly with Dean Hawkins at first receiver.
I agree with everything you say on the Wahs too. Manly have hit form in recent weeks too.

A thought on the Wahs for next week, with the Broncs bound to face a weakened storm team and the sharks bound to face a weakened dog's team, would the wahs be better served playing a weakened side for next week and resting the main side for the following home finals match?

2nd last weekend has come and gone.
The Dogs took their free hit against the Penrith NSW-Cup team.
The Warriors fucked it against the Eels
The Storm rested a few and got towelled by the Roosters in Bellamy's 600th game
The Raiders won the minor premiership. And became the first team not the Storm, Roosters or Panthers to win it since 2012
Manly beat the Dragons but not by enough to stay alive.
The Broncos won a wildly entertaining game against the Cowboys who have finished up for the year.
The Sharks piled more misery on the Knights, while the Dolphins kept their slim hopes alive. So with a game to play the top 3 are locked in no matter what.
The Broncos host the Storm. If you remember last year it was two reserve grade sides, but i get the feeling Bellamy can't afford to do that now after copping a beating. The useless Wahs need the Storm to get up.
The Sea Eagles need to beat us by 82 AND have a bunch of things go their way.
Roosters v Rabbits is the game tehy are watching, Roosters are at the win and in stage.
The Sharks need to win to give them a hope of 4th, and will be hoping the Dogs rest a few.
The Dolphins will know before they play if tehy have anything to play for. Will be a bit of a weird weekend really because if the Broncos and Roosters get up there will be nothing for anyone to play for by the end of Friday night.

The Storm would be stupid to field a full strength side, as would a lot of the 8. I think the teams in the lower half of the 8 will be hoping Souths get up as they'd much rather play the Dolphins than Roosters come finals time.
Brisbane's win over the Cows showed why they won't win the comp. They leak tries and continue to clock out of games for large periods of time. They'll get punished by better sides.

Broncos are a different side when Reynolds plays as he organizes their defense well (not saying he defends well though lol) , he will be back week one of finals. Not suggesting they win playing one of the top three but I do give them a better chance when he plays.

Wahs threw it away and their for and against will ultimately have their final say. Can see Manly turning it on in their last game, Turbo looks fit which is a worry. We will need to score points, so will need to play differently than normal if we do get down by a few

I'm kind of hoping we're going to come out with an adjusted game plan for the finals, kind of like the 2015 ABs RWC campaign when they seemed terrible in the pools but it was by design.
Maybe we'll come out with a plan to actually score points regularly (that isn't just give to Leka).
A guy can dream can't he?

Im shocked the biggest pessimist on the topic of the Warriors is believing. Almost feels like we've swapped roles for this week lol
Leka ball wont work every time, my biggest hope is that we actually attack an attacking kick more often, so kick isnt as deep or kick chase has to get there faster and it cant just be Leka chasing. Even just that small change, probably gets us more points.
As much as I want some minor change, just cant see it

You're correct on his defence as he's good at reading the back door plays and shoots up to block it, and even if he doesn't make the tackle, he stops the play in its tracks. He's got a good footy iq.
They just for me, clock off too often in games and it hasn't been fixed. They're lethal when they get it right, but teams in the finals won't be as forgiving. They have to be more than a 40 min side in the finals to go all the way and I do like to watch them play.

Rocco Berry diet

Warriors serving up some mad Monday shit right here… they have well and truly shit the bed
-
Somehow still in this but have no right to be. Healey looking ominous, Erin Clark solid, Charnze ok everyone else clocked off early after 9 secs..
