Two good tries and a whole lot of very average rugby.

Loving the attitude and testicular fortitude from the boys.

But McCaws crop would be 25 ahead at this stage.

We are still a sloppy rabble at heart.

Parker our best on show so far.

Wouldn’t mind seeing more rugby, less shitty box kicks.

Need to shorten our attack a bit to minimise the errors. Some silly penalties late in that half, but good to see us hold them out and force a few errors on them.

Christie a mixed bag, but I thought overall okayish.

Great game, just full on everything, one upping each other on different parts of the game.

    NZ need to tighten up

SA are one pass away from opening up the backline defence

I think in these conditions we are destined to see a hell of a lot of kicking

A win will paper over the cracks (if we can be so lucky)

Who would you replace/move in the second half?

They weren’t world beaters all the time. They even played some ordinary footy at times.

    Awesome start, Vaai pumped.

Boks worked their way in via their forwards.

    Christie awful.

Please no second half lull black ….

    The kick is the springboard

And having to grubber because the ABs not getting pinged for offside

Seems to me we are a bit light on backline versatility and speed with Narawa off. Drowning in 15s in the 23, but not many fast / versatile wings. Having a specialist 12 on the bench might be a little restrictive.

Vaa'i back to lock and best player on field.

SA had most of the ball and did nothing with it. Really struggling with conditions. Replace halfback?

A lot of negativity in here.
If you asked me, 14-3 up at halftime, I'd take it

NZ playing the conditions. Some of his delivery been a bit shit, but reckon the ginger has done okay under a lot of pressure.

Problem is that he's the one creating the pressure half the time with his fuckaboutery.
