So in the 2nd half our lineouts collapsed, and we won nothing in the air. Scrums were better with Williams. But once we got behind we chased the game and our stupid chip kick game gave away possession and they ran at us.
We need a first five that runs at the line, and tougher mindset. Plus players that can compete and win the ball in the air. Codie Taylor was missed tonight.

Too many assistant coaches in the coaching staff. Sack a few and get more clarity. We need a game plan that everybody can buy into.

This has truly been a golden period for SA rugby over the past 6-8 years. They’re at a level few teams can match.

Good game for Reiko and Clarke to miss! I dunno, picking a wing that can take high balls might have been useful, and a good indicator of how much defence Reiko gets through.
We need better loose forwards. Scrum and lineout is shit, so what is Ryan doing?

Anyone named Barrett, McKenzie and Proctor should hand in their resignations.
McKenzie was our best under the high ball.
He was dreadful. He was our fullback and we lost almost every high kick.
Just because he was fullback doesn’t mean he was under all the kicks.

I think he was equally as bad as everyone. I almost think we need Jordie back at fullback after that game. Wasted at second five.
