France don't deserve that win IMHO. They got a couple of massive calls in their favour and the ref's review should be scathing - particularly given Aimee Barrett-Theron is over of the more experienced referees at this RWC.

Which I get but end of the first half they had the same opportunity after mauling 20 metres and seeing a French player yellow-carded for collapsing, but then decided instead of going to the lineout, they'd go for the scrum. Then from the ensuing scrum penalty they took the tap. All over the place with the decision making.
