Which I get but end of the first half they had the same opportunity after mauling 20 metres and seeing a French player yellow-carded for collapsing, but then decided instead of going to the lineout, they'd go for the scrum. Then from the ensuing scrum penalty they took the tap. All over the place with the decision making.

Remind me of the highlanders. Zero attacking line after the first phase, if the halfback looks open she's got 3-4 players outside her, with the majority being 5m away.
