Hell fellas, we got this calm down!!!
I'm not hell, I'm saintly! And I think you need a comma after "this".
That is Du'Plessis Kirifi punctuation.
Richie McCaw would use a fullstop.
Sam Cane a semicolon.

The Wallabies are still weakest at set piece. I would expect the All Blacks to look to dominate at that phase. Williams was good against Springboks so he should start with Taylor back. Rest of pack stays. Roigard back, Narawa back ( if fit ) , Jordan back to fullback, Carter to keep his spot. The changes they wonβt make but should is at first five - McKenzie or Love, and to get a new backline coach.
-
@kev Yeah - they won't panic and drop everyone.
I'd have been inclined to send a few more of their undercooked players back to NPC to give them gametime - e.g. both Williams and Lomax would have been candidates. I can understand why they didn't (risk of injury), but you can't make an omelette without breaking eggs.
Not sure quite what they'll decide with the loose forwards, midfield (who plays centre) and wing. I don't really have a strong preference at this point.
I'm most interested in what they do at first-five. Do they drop the axe on Beaudy - or is he their man through to the end of the year?

Protected species by the looks. He needs to go to get the backline functioning better.get more direct, LF in the mid field 2nd five maybe,Jordie back to FB Jordan on the wing. with Clarke. Centre well I don't know about Proctor and Reiko seems shot atm.
-
@Chris I don't think Big Leicester is a compelling option at second-five right now. I think Jordie is locked in in any case.
For the coming weekend, assuming everyone is available - I would probably go something like - Roigard, DMac, Clarke, JBarrett, Ioane, Narawa, Jordan
Ratima, BBarrett, Proctor.

If there's a position (or two) that we have covered it's proposed (both sides)

Am a fan of that (maybe Tupaea for Proctor)
-
@booboo I like Tupaea, but I didn't think Quinn was good off the bench last week. Willemse's try was his miss.
To be fair, the defence was in disarray in that play - they could have scored in about three directions - but Willemse got a crap pass and still brushed off the defence, which should have been QT.
-
Narawa is out

McKenzie
I don't think we can hope for that.
-
@gt12 As above, I think the really important indicator for 2025 is whether they switch Beaudy for Dmac.
If you don't do it now - I don't see how you could rationally justify it subsequently. Assuming there's not a total meltdown....
You can pretty much justify any other changes.
I want them to play Jordan at fullback at stop fucking about.

If you rewind the video I think you'd find he actually used a full stop.
Sam Cane a semicolon.
I suspect you mean "Sam Cane, a semicolon." Unless he has become a punctuation mark.

If I can't hold out hope for that at least, I'd just about stop watching I reckon.
