is there one on here? I thought his fans (we fans) were on a very popular bandwagon since the RWC!
It's been mooted it would be beneficial if Roigard took more of a leadership role.
The point is the current leadership isn't really working, too passive and Razor needs to recognise that.
SB is a great player but on field leadership is lacking particularly closing out tight games.On a different note kudos to Razor introducing Carter on the wing , trying Vaai at 6, Proctor 13 and giving Holland a run. We are developing.
Sticking steadfastly with BB at 10 and not giving others much of a run hasn't been a progressive move though.Roigard is a killer.
He wants it.
You can see him looking for the try line as soon as we are in the 22.A hungus but in a positive way.
He isn’t shy. Always wants the ball in his hands.
He’s not hiding out there.
Carter too. He showed up a lot of more senior players last weekend, on D and attack

Some of the other players can just coast, lose games, and with zero repercussions.

That's the problem right now. What appears to be a lack of accountability. The difference between our best players and the reserves is not significant right now. What can't be faked is desire and hunger to be the best

What South Africa has been doing is getting the by in of the corporate world.
- Investing in club rugby.
- Investing in schools rugby.
That ensures the net is as wide as possible.
3 of the Griqua currie cup winning team was playing club rugby in Boland a few seasons ago.
A huge drive to get the best school boys into a professional setup.
NZRU has to wake the hell up before it is too late.

The SA Craven week and A side play their counterparts from England and France every year for the last 4 of 5 years. Setting them up to be successful internationally.

Harry should do this for all games. He is certainly one of the better analysts out there and is a realist (laws are there to be bent, even by the Saffas) rather than an ideologue (Boks don’t infringe intentionally). I’d be interested to see if he can remain objective when analysing the Boks though

I did think the ref got whistle happy, and Oz suffered quite a lot more than us.
But they were very poor at times and in usual circumstances the ABs would have been out of sight by the time they scored their late maul try.
Wallabies lost because they weren’t good enough on the day. The ref only rubbed salt in the wound.

When we missed 46 tackles @ 71% and there wasn’t a big difference in overall possession, that certainly contributes to a big win.
Also from a couple of sites, they have revised the missed tackles of Oz to 40!
