The correct and logical idiom is "couldn't care less," which means someone has absolutely no concern or interest in a topic, to the point that they couldn't possibly care any less. The phrase "could care less" is a common but illogical variant used informally to mean the same thing, but grammatically it implies the speaker does have some level of care, and that it could be reduced.
