Tom Jordan (Hamilton OB) wins man of the match in his first game in the Gallagher Prem for Bristol.

    Very good performance at 10.

Looking at the Leinster team that got thrashed by the Stormers, it isn't just the SA teams that send a B team for away games.

@Bovidae The Stormers also had a lot of players missing (Gelant, Willemse,SMZ,Reinach,Malherbe,Vermaak,Moerat, Fourie). Was more a B vs B team. Dobson had been signing most of the best WP schools youngsters. How was this scrum from a kid who was still in school last year. Following in Kitshoff Paul Roos footsteps.

Interesting story on the resurrection and rebuild of the Worcester Warriors

They have their first match since being booted out of the premiership in 2022 this Sunday morning playing at home to Coventry in the Championship Division (effectively Div 2) this coming Sunday morning. There is talk about the number of players they looked at when starting to build their new squad and there was mention of up to 200 players being cut adrift when Wasps, London Irish, Jersey and the old Worcester setup all folded in succession. Just shows that there might not be as many paid positions available to players from this neck of the woods as many think, other than our guys being clearly better players than those available up there!

Jack Willis voted best player of the Top 14 for the 2024-2025 season. The voters were the players and the coaches.

Geez ,just sitting here enjoying watching Gloucester/Bristol game, and reminds me again how much the development of artificial turf has allowed these team to play open rugby. Where as once they were playing in mud etc so often, teams u there struggled to really open games up, now the skills etc seem to be used all the time without fear. Anyway 21-20 at halftime in entertaining game!

McMillan's great start at Munster continues with a dominant 31-14 win at Leinster. Leinster had the majority of their Irish internationals playing.
