Chapman goes with a game changing 78 from 28.

Need one of the middle order to cash in and put the icing on it.

207/5, a good total in the end.

I think we were 70 or so after 10, so bloody impressive to score 130+ in the last 10.

Mitchell & Santner finished the innings well after Chapmans fireworks.

I remember them saying Santner was the biggest hitter in the team a long time ago which surprised me. Seems he's finally realising some of that potential, he's been belting it around lately

Surely it’s Neesham when he actually connects meaningfully

Imagine needing 16 an over to win and you have to face Mitch Santner, who rocks in and bowls 2/6 from his first 2 overs.

Great bowling, from both him and Sodhi, who’s 3/26 from 3.

Foulkes with a few pies, keeping the WI in it.

    67 from 24.

Fuck now Santner being pumped, 6,6.

That missed catch where Robinson and Chapman stopped and looked at each other on the boundary and watched the ball bounce over the rope between them now looking very costly.

    Timely wicket, great catch Bracewell.

    52 needed from 18.

For some reason Jamieson coming in to bowl at the death scares me.

That might be why… 6 first up.

    30 from 12.

We are in trouble, these guys are hitting 6’s at will.

Our death bowling has been trash.

20 from 10, we are done for.

I’ll say it again, fucking trash death bowling.

They are coasting home. We can't keep playing Jamieson in this form, the numbers don't stack up at all

    Last 5 overs 88/1.

That’s some great hitting, but also some seriously shocking bowling.

Jamieson snatching defeat from the jaws of victory. Did we really have no one else to bowl?!

Wheeew. We snuck of jail there.
Good comeback in the 2nd half of that over from Jamieson, but by Christ we should have never been in that position.

he seems so unsuited for t20
his figures are terrible, his bulk and size dont go well as a fielder as we saw on 1 occasion
on top of that hes terribly injury prone, why do they keep risking him?

NZ needs to pick more T20 specialists rather than hope that the likes of Jamieson, Conway and Ravindra perform in a format less suited to their skills.
