Right couple of series knocked off

    Season 2 Gen V

What do writers do that now they can legally smoke all day? They write a series spin for "The Boys". Seriously warped minds with who came up with some of the gen v talents. Think this will now link with the long overdue next season of "The Boys" where Homelander just may have met his match.

ive never watched Gen V, only got round to watching the Boys earlier this year.
would Gen V be needed leading into the final season of The Boys?

probably not, but one character could possibly become a lead character in the final season and just depends whether you would care about needing to know that back story

@bayimports yeah enjoyed the first season of Gen V, although started to lose interest towards the end and they've picked up where they left off. Bonkers for bonkers sake gets a bit boring.

contunuing the theme of watching series to the end even though you probably shouldnt have

    Season 3 Invasion (Apple)

Not going to fact check but feels like it was over 2 years between season 2 and season 3. Im also told it maybe not the final season. Story line has been done before, only a few spins on an Alien invasion you can do I guess and because it was so long between seasons made me feel like I needed to remember who everyone was again. If you started season 1 now, you might have a completely different opinion. Quality special effects for a Sci -fi and still watchable to my point, if you started from season 1 you would probably think this was still really good, but if there is a season 4 and its another 2 years away then maybe I wont finally finish something.

I finished that a few weeks back. If I decide to start a series I watch it until the end, but it really didn't go anywhere or answer the obvious questions.

I watched a series called Deep State on Disney, was from 2018-2019 and the first season starred Mark Strong and the second season starred Walton Goggins. Was a weirdly made show, watchable without being outstanding. British show but looks to be partially made for US market. Lots of bad US accents from British actors.

First season was probably better, but Walton Goggins is always watchable.

Would have been better if it was an actual British show of say 6 episodes as it was really stretching plotlines to get to 10.

Also, finally lost my access to Netflix, so that sucks balls.

I remember that quite enjoyed it at the time I think, Walton Goggins always helps
