That lineup looks useful.
Yep although the midfield certainly makes me hope no All Black centres get injured anytime soon....or ever.
I know every time Ennor gets a mention you jump on it and call him shit, but he was deservedly man of the match in their last game.
In terms of how much I'd be worried if any of those 23 guys had to fill in for the ABs, he'd be in my 'least worried' category, with Dalton, Fakatava, Beehre. -

I'm just amazed Ennor has had a relatively injury-free run! He def deserves this level based on previous form.
Yeah the front row, I don't know, but the backline looks ok to me actually. Would be more dangerous of course with Tangitau. -

Ennor was very good against England A. I don't understand the hate just because of a missed tackle five years ago. I rate him on par with Billy Proctor.
Initially highly-rated, some embarrassing moments in the ABs and long periods of injury. I've been a critic but we don't seem to have nailed down a certain 13, so Ennor, if fit long enough, has to be in the selection pool somewhere.

It was three years ago and was a huge miss to be fair…..

….and look I’m probably being unduly harsh, if he is going ok he probably deserves a chance given Proctor has been massively underwhelming.
There @reprobate I said it

He had a shocker of a test when he got a start against Italy in 2021. Looked alright in his last test before the 2023 RWC but as usual, got injured just as he started to gather momentum.
I don't think he'll get another test. Surprised he's still in NZ playing. The Crusaders do well keeping fringe ABs in NZ.

Yeah, plus not sure Proctor has had enough chances to prove his worth

It's not like the ABs are suffocated by riches at 13. But yeah, momentum has not been Ennor's friend. When he made mistakes in the ABs he made big mistakes but do we have many options?

45-21 was final score to all black xv over Uruguay

Sod the thought experiment about whether a tree that falls in the middle of the night and whether anyone can be certain it made a sound.
If the All Blacks XV play a match and there is bugger all about it on social media or the internet apart from a Uruguayan feed on X that doesn't mention the name of the NZ scorers, can we be certain that NZR could organise a piss up in a brewery?

Autumn Tour 2025 – In a packed Stade Raoul‑Barrière, the All Blacks XV delight against Uruguay
By Rémy Rugiero
The All Blacks XV and Uruguay faced off in Béziers at Stade Raoul‑Barrière in a friendly match. While the New Zealand development side entertained the large crowd by scoring seven tries overall (winning 45–21), the “Teros” (Uruguay) showed real courage, staying competitive for a long time.
Rugby was truly celebrated at Stade Raoul‑Barrière for this international friendly. Some 16,284 people came out, curious and thrilled to see the game.
The day began nicely, with an opening match earlier in the afternoon between the Béziers and Narbonne women’s teams (which Béziers won 19–18), part of a full day of rugby organised by the ASBH association.
Under the sun in Béziers, after a stirring Haka from the All Blacks XV, the game began at a fast pace. The referee was Frenchman Kévin Bralley.
• Early on (4th minute), Ratumaitavuki‑Kneepkens went over for the first All Blacks XV try.
• Uruguay responded with a strong forwards’ push: Etcheverry scored after a drive from his pack (16th minute).
• Fakatava sparked a revival for New Zealand, building up play around Rivez Reihana to go ahead (12–7, 28′).
• Uruguay didn’t give up: Cotarmanac’h delivered a clever pass to Alonso, who scored between the posts (12–14, 31′).
• Just before half-time, Nanai-Seturo (wing) used his power to break through Uruguay’s defence and score (19–14, 33′).
• Shortly before the break, the Uruguayan flanker Biachi was yellow-carded for repeated offenses (39′), stopping the Blacks from finishing strongly before half-time. In the second half:
• Uruguay continued to show spirit: after a Black XV mistake, their forwards set up a move and Deus scored (26–21, 56′).
• Then Ennor (All Blacks XV) made a brilliant run to beat the final defender and score (33–21, 63′).
• Rona increased the lead with a burst from near halfway (38–21, 72′).
• And finally, Ratumaitavuki‑Kneepkens grabbed his second try for the XV to seal the result (45–21, 75′). A celebration of rugby
• This match was initially supposed to be held in Montpellier, but a dispute over the pitch at Septeo Stadium forced a relocation to Béziers.
• Mohed Altrad (who is involved both with Montpellier and New Zealand rugby) expressed his gratitude to Béziers and their community for pulling this off with little time.
• Eric Freitas, head of ASBH’s association organising the match, said it was a “great moment” for the club and for everyone involved. He highlighted how the day included activities from midday — not just the main match, but also entertainment, a women’s game, and more — making it a real rugby festival.
