A tap kick can be taken within a metre of the referee and does not have been taken on the mark.
50/22s will count even if the ball has been taken back in to the 50.
Like the first one, not keen on the second.
Agree.
One speeds the game up, other brings more game manipulation into it.

What I don't like about the kicking one is it discourages long-range counterattacking, instead promoting looking for space to kick in-behind. And we all know it will end in tries for players wearing no2.

To play devil's, if it extends into international rugby, it's more interfering by NZR to promote rugby suitable to NZXV style of play.

Well, I've missed Hutchinson... kinda gone "who?".
And I didn't realise Mathis was that tall (1.86m, 6'1").

Dunno why they bother mentioning that Mathis is only wider group, Blackadder will get injured round 1 and Mathis will play round 2.
Grace is also out until late March,so Mathis will play somewhere along the line.
