Yeah I find him leaving seriously bizzare. The dude literally won a title a few years ago and hasn't been there for that long.

As a crusaders fan, I would love to see Foster get the job

Foster's team finished 10th out of 12 in Japan last year, and were the bottom team after the last round.

Holland seems pretty average as a head coach.

Not enthusiastic about either.

I'd probably prefer an internal candidate, and trying to get Schmidt as an advisor/analyst for 2028.
