Something that has been bothering me about the whole SW saga which occurred in A New Hope and it is this: If Luke was being hidden from the most evil, all powerful empire ever seen, with two leaders with extraordinary force power, why did they not change his name from Skywalker? I mean, they could have found him in the bloody phone directory.
Perhaps Skywalker is the SW version of Smith?
NTA: I'm over Han, Monkey Magic dude is what's causing my pitiful, geek-induced tantrums these days. I may have mentioned once or twice that I'm not a fan.
Just to start you off of that again I noticed in the last trailer it clearly shows that Monkey has backup from Forest in that scene you keep getting wedgies over
Well doesn't this just keep getting better and better. I generally have to piss once during a movie so I think I'll use that window.

Makes totals sense but is really weird. Apparently Peter Mayhew would actually speak lines in english for Harrison Ford to react to properly then it was overdubbed with the Wookie sounds we know so well.
Why would Chewie call Obi Wan 'old" ? Wookies live for hundreds of years......
Actually I guess it's similar to one of us referring to an "old" cat or dog that's barely a teenager.

Early reviews I have read are very good.
No doubt RS will hate it.I have movie passes that have to be used up by the end of the year so will be seeing it tomorrow. It was either SW or that Harry Potter thing and frankly Id rather take my chances with Monkey Magic Samurai man and the all important Strong Female Lead.
My expectations are so low that I might actually like this one.

I don't need to write anything down. Anything shit will be seared into my memory. Hopefully this film will pass muster. Kevin Smith loved it and he's a serious fanboi.

There are some awesome gratuitous cameos from numerous familiar faces and as expected ties in with a New Hope brilliantly.
