@jegga That ridiculous line always cracks me up. Especially when delivered by big Russ.

    Walking Tall (1973)

The first half owns. Joe Don Blake strutting around with his big stick, and laying down some elemental justice. The second half meanders, though it has a few moments. Could've added a big action sequence, or cut out 20 to 30 mins.

    7/10

@jegga if true, why would you need the original, if you have made several copies???

No fans would notice or care.

@taniwharugby no idea, but it seems to be real. I watched it last night mostly because I'd heard about that scene.

@jegga I am sure despite the under-insurance, the film crew and production company woulda all chipped in to make up the difference...

Zoolander 2. What a steaming pile of shit that movie was. The original had plenty of funny moments but this was crap from start to finish, 3/4 of the way through I was just wanting it to end.

As a side note I would fucking destroy Penelope Cruz. Fucking 42 and still hot as hell.

Her and Salma Hayek. That bedroom scene with Antonio Banderas in Desperado 😲

    Wow, picky! 😉

Actually, I took a real dislike to Cruz for a number of years after her character in Blow was so awful. Eventually I found her attractive again.

@Nepia mate, when you are married and pretty much zero chance of ever meeting her, let alone anything else, you can be as picky as you like!

Ooops. Guess they didn't account for QTs gratuitous usage of long shots in movies.

@antipodean Yeah like TR said, why would you need the original? Heck, why would you even need a specific guitar?

@Nepia you like what you like...plenty of movies in here have been slated and i either enjoyed or thought was ok, while others i thought was shit and others liked...

I still havent watched Batman v Superman, more cos i dont really like Superman...

It's at least 50% a Batman movie if that helps ...

    and:

So watched Barman v Superman (over 2 nights cos its so god damned long) and was so so.

Tries to be a bit dark while having a more fantasy feel to it too, even when comparing with the likes of Thor...

I prefer Wonder Woman as Diana than as WW.

Not a fan of Batmans 'suit' in this, shades of Iron Man, Superman was well, Superman...

Quite timely that I just got TR Jnr a DC Comics Character Encyclopedia for Xmas to go with the Marvel one I got him earlier this year 🙂

Oh, started to watch Serenity and realized I have seen it, but was still good 2nd time round.

Never finished Bat vs Sup, as you said it's long, boring long
Just never grabbed me like the Marvel films have done ( and I'm no comic book fanboy either)
DC are playing catch up and so far are fucking it up. Suicide Squad was seven shades of shit,
They have chosen the wrong guys to make these films, Snyder and Ayer are shit film makers. Really shit
