@antipodean they had to subtitle half of the line men, especially Robert Ollie.

If you don't like Buddy now, you wait until the end of the last episode.

How much did you want to hit John Franklin? What an arrogant little fluffybunny. Real team player...

He should transition into a career as a team building and leadership consultant. What a god-bothering hypocritical fat fluffybunny. I'd be astonished if he could recruit now that the show has aired.

I get the impression that he's symptomatic of the pathway to the NFL: it's all about you and your highlight reel.

@antipodean and what happened to John? well, he barely played for Auburn. He got a start, and got towed at half time. Severe questions about his leadership and attitude (apparently this documentary didn't help). If he stays at Auburn, he is probably done as a quarterback. I don't think he's playing NFL.

Apparently you have to be able to throw to be a quarterback.

you Marvel people, is Luke Cage worth it? I'm 2 episodes in, and it's soooo slooow. It's not art Marvel, i want to watch him punch mooks in the face really really hard, and so far he's chucked a dude through a window, and one through a wall. In 2 episodes! get with the punchy punchy

@mariner4life Watch Quarry instead. Same showrunner as Banshee.

@mariner4life I haven't watched Luke Cage, but of Daredevil & Jessica Jones, the latter is probably my fave (given the 3 are supposed to be doing a joint series at some point)

Also, Dewey Crowe gets to be a badass, and does it well.

The show is pretty good. Decent enough story and characters. Plenty of action. Can be a bit silly, but it's still enjoyable.

Pilot episode is a bit slow. The rest are better.

Worth sticking with M4L but not out and out top notch. The violence and sex does step up a fair bit, the (initial) main villain gets better and better and some of the soundtrack is great.

Good Behaviour - finished this series last night, decent watch, not a must see but decent time filler.

Like most series, having a tidy female lead helps, although no boobies guys.

Is left open for a 2nd series, with a couple of possible storylines.

    Taboo looks fantastic.

The negotiations between Hardy and Pryce (and his minions) for Hardy's fathers land was great TV.

Finished S2 of The Man in the High Castle.

First half was a bit slow and also as they added more scenes from the Japanese Trade Minister 'dreaming' you learn a bit more.

2nd half picked up and was pretty good again.
