I would like Steve Young to be the team president and oversee the entire running of the 49ers organisation from the GM to the cleaning staff.
Sadly, Jed York is such a naive fool that he let Baalke convince him that they didn't need help from those of the glory days - despite many of them being successful and smart guys in and around the NFL. -

Never been a Golden St fan (although it would be nice to follow a Warriors that win something once in a while) ... can't help it if it's true, I turned up in Boston in 1998 went to the Patriots and they've been the team I've followed ever since.

He should be good if they're patient and give him time to build the roster. They can't expect much in his first season with how the roster is at the moment.
