There's a couple of decent female warriors in the EU or so my boys tell me. Asaaj Ventress and Komari Vosa to name a couple although they might be Dark Jedi as opposed to Sith?

Don't forget that Vader's apprentice Ashoka Tano is canon. I think she is currently presumed dead in Rebels.
I doubt other Jedi will appear though. The main storyline is all about the Skywalkers and Kenobi. -
