Deciding to review and yellow card Vakatawa for a very innocuous "deliberate" knock on, while not even bothering to review Williams' blatantly deliberate knock on and Halfpenny's very similar knock on didn't even get penalised. He didn't have a clue all match about the scrum. In regulation, Wales got pinged incorrectly.
In the extra 20 mins, France should have had a penalty try about 5 mins in.
