The reporter: 'a lot of people use it as a daily health supplement, some people use it as spice on their food'

    Well, that says everything.

Has Hillary Barry given us her thoughts on the hair debate yet?

I guessing its a really slow news day in NZ if this is in the paper. No wildlife break out of any paddocks or anything that they could have reported on instead?

So what's the problem? She had eczema and now she doesn't have to worry about that anymore. What more could the doctor have done?

Stupidest thing is that it has nothing to do with whether Tumeric is dangerous or effective. The 'doctor' missed the basic step of checking for allergic reaction. Dumbass.

A fish and chip shop isn't doing so well since a new road was put through.

All jokes aside I'm stoked to live in a country where this sort of thing dominates the headlines rather than the latest terrorist outrage or government corruption etcetera

@jegga my in-laws always comment on the things that make news when they come here, say it is a refreshing change from all the depressing stuff they get in the UK.

    Like like like like infinity.

I smash peanut butter every day and Pics is my favourite. As the article states, the difference between that and the others is enormous.

    Make your own!

We make up to a couple kg a time in our magimix - peanuts, a bit of oil and some salt. It's really good. Be careful though - conventional food processors have brushed motors, which can burn out under the load. Really easy, fresh and tasty.

Pics is good but. Well done that man.

Bin Inn stores have a make your own peanut butter department, according to some guy who I work with. Buy bulk peanuts, make your own paste, package it up and you're away.

But yeah, Pics PB is sensational.

When I was buying it once, the dude at the register mentioned the price and how he makes his own. Clearly it's a pretty easy process, but most of us are too lazy.

Anyone know what peanut butter sales are like since schools banned any hint of peanuts? Must have taken a pretty big hit.
