It’s time to take a stand against the urinal | Peter Ormerod

The act of public urination has become a trope of hairy masculinity. Why can’t we just sit down?

Is that a joke? Hard to tell these days.

Thinking about whether or not it's for real a bit more, I think I mentioned before that my brother knew a guy that worked down at Scott base. He said him and the other guys used to write to penthouse forum and put $10 in a jar, if your story got published you got the money in a jar.
It wouldn't surprise me if people did the same thing with op eds in papers that lean heavily politically in one direction.
If so well done to all involved .

You would think that it was total bullshit, but if the rise of the sjws has taught us anything, offence can be found anywhere at any time. Even smoke is racist apparently.

I also think it's real because when I was living in Norway a Swedish literary critic was triggered and left in the middle of possibly the most inoffensive plays ever written. She then wrote an article about how it was fascist propaganda.

    This was the play: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/When_the_Robbers_Came_to_Cardamom_Town

So, yeah these people do actually exist.

@Rancid-Schnitzel Id be looking for an excuse to leave that play too.
If she was triggered by that I wonder how she feels about milk?

Yeah. We had it DVD and never failed to put me to sleep...before being woken by a stray knee or elbow to the balls.

What I find hilarious is that these people think that kids pick up political subtexts and other nuances in these shows. They bloody don't. Its farking make-believe. If the kids understand this why can't these apparently educated adults?

Saw that milk thing. Unfortunately very predictable these days. Vanilla also cops shit because its actually black but has to be white to be palatable apparently.

@Rancid-Schnitzel It's only white because of the supremacy of the privileged milk.

I just found out the world's most popular soft drink is black, so I can retract my letter of outrage about milk to Dame Susan Devoy.

I'm confused here, what does the coffee you drink say about you ? Also water has no colour at all and don't get me started on soup, sometimes it's green ffs. The politcizing of liquid is clearly a minefield .

@jegga I sometimes take my coffee with cream. Cream as they say "rises to the top." I never fail to stop and consider for a long moment the symbolism of black brothers once peacefully inhabiting the cup being invaded and subjugated by the cultural jackboot of the overpowering white minority entrenched at the top of the cup.

Sometimes I just avoid confronting my own white privilege, up to four cups a days.

That being said, I should further acknowledge the original cultural appropriation of coffee from the Ethiopians (and latterly from the Yemenis, who although they may have acquired the taste of coffee while slaving).

Coffee related facts from Wiki. Guilt from deep within.

But just consider what drinking straight black coffee means. What kind of imagine does that convey? A white person literally consuming all that is black captured in the slave ship that is the cup. Worse is black coffee with sugar, a commodity built on the backs of black slaves. Privilege most definitely has to be checked.

Vaxxed hit the screens yesterday. Well, by screens I mean the TV screen in the basement of Winger's parents house, as it has rightfully been banned in most city's around the world.

Why did they choose to screen it on August 2nd? Because that is World Autism Awareness Day. These people can 100% get fucked, that is actually pretty fucking offensive to families that are dealing with Autism, of which basically none buy into this bullshit at all.

We have a mental health issue that needs more understanding and awareness (for those of you that have never had anything to do with an Autistic person my experience is that it's more a different way of seeing/experiencing the world then an outright disability) but instead the whole conversation constantly gets hijacked by the shit-for-brains idiots that desperately want to believe in a conspiracy, ANY conspiracy, even if the source is one of the most unethical, untrustworthy piece of shit that ever walked the earth.

@No-Quarter I can't read comments from anti-vac people. They just make my head explode with the sheer stupidity and selfishness. And complete absence of logic of how diseases were conquered in the world - and how easy it would be for them to slither back in and wreck lives/kill again.

@No-Quarter in the comments there's all sorts of nonsense about the autism rates rising because of mmr.

Or to look at it more honestly we have a much better understanding of autism and the spectrum so more people are being diagnosed with it now .

Autism is thrown around as a diagnosis the same way millions of fat chicks around the world believe they are fat and smell because they are gluten intolerant...

'My kid is a shit and yells alot, he/she must have autism, wait it started to appear the day after they had that vaccination'...
