Wonder Woman was smoking though. Fark Israeli women are hot.The internet tells me that the Israeli army is entirely populated by hot chicks in bikinis.
No wonder everyone wants a piece of them.

McDonald's was my second ever job so this was interesting beyond the meals I've had over the years. The movie is (apparently) historically accurate but the acting, direction and script would stand up regardless. Four Big Macs out of five happy meals.

Independence Day 2.
Mein Gott that was shit. Like Hammett-era Canes shit.
Fark what a waste of time.

Hang on? You worked there AND you still eat that shit?
Amazing.

Ahh, yeah. The title might have helped.

I was impressed by the efficiency and cleanliness of the place. It helps that it's ubiquitous. Travelling late? Not a lot of cafes open.

The big evil alien could swat jet fighters out of the sky yet couldn't hit a fucken yellow school bus going about 50-60kph.
The first one is pretty shit let's be honest but it's a bonafide masterpiece compared to the clusterfuck of a sequel. No wonder Will Smith turned it down. The special effects, which are absolutely amazing, don't come close to redeeming it.

I can imagine he got to the part about that stupid ball thing (seriously wtf was that) and said:
"I don't care what these mutha fuckas gonna pay me. I ain't gonna be in that shit."

The Nice Guys
Ryan Gosling and Russell Crowe are a couple of fuck up investigators trying to find a girl who stumble on a conspiracy. Set in 1977, it's pretty fucking fun to watch. Gosling is a complete screw up, and is great fun. I laughed more than once, this movie does not at all take itself seriously. Well worth a watch. Good soundtrack too

Arrival.
One of the best movies I've watched in a while. An intellectual sci-fi.
Denis Villeneuve has directed some very good films in recent years. Sicario is another. I'm interested to see how Blade Runner 2049 turns out.
Underworld: Blood Wars
Not as good as the first 2 movies in the franchise but Kate Beckinsale in leather. Nuff said!

I watched Chasing Great on a the Virgin app on a flight to the GC and back. It's a movie that I had no interest in seeing, I read McCaw's book and found it to be boring (and he came across as boring) and he's never been one of my favourite players (no, I don't think he's shit, he's just not one of my favourites ...).
But, I found the movie to be great and McCaw to be much more interesting on film than on paper. The only issue I had was that the sound mix was a bit off and there were parts where I couldn't hear the talking over the game sounds/music. I had the subtitles on but midway through they just stopped.
I really liked the end when the ABs were partying in the changing sheds. A bit of singing, cheering, some dancing - it was good to see them enjoying the win.
4 GOATS out of 5 ABS.
