So last night invloved a 55 second chin up, 13 x 35kg bicep curl ( if you count the last few being shit in terms of form ) rest, 65 second dip followed by 10 x 35kg standing tricep extensions ( and yeah form on the last few of these was awful too )
That was a pretty cool article, and a pretty nasty workout!! My new training partner has some evil bloody workouts for arms, I'll share them sometime if I haven't blanked out the traumatic memory of them lol.

Heading up to the rapa this weekend ( mentioned on another thread this was the scene of the disaster of 2007, luckily I'll be back in Welly by the ABs semi ) and really hoping the old man hasn't left me any manual labour that involves heavy lifiting cos the arms are still aching like a mutha fucka.

What would be worse though?! having sore arms or dropping something in front of your dad and getting that fluffybunny look from him!! Fight the pain, make dad proud lol!

Whoa ! Haven't written in here for ages, poor from me. Still trucking along, proud to say I have dropped to 96-97kg whilst maintaining strength ( well still deadlifting the same ) Bench has gone down a bit fuck it, I put this down to lack of practice ( ie I've still been doing push presses and clap push ups ) it should be back after a couple of sessions. I have to say that after last weeks benching my shoulders hurt like fucken anything, clearly they had gotten used to not doing it !

How did I drop the weight ? pretty simple really, completely cut down all the drinking I was doing during the cup, I was 102kg the day after the WC final.....jeans and shirts definitely a tiny bit looser. Imagine if I gave up completely !

Trucking along pal, nothing particularly new or exciting to add but the pretty much no drinking regime I am on at the moment is keeping me nice and fresh ! helping with the chins too !

Still keeping on keeping on. Weight about 98-99kg depending on the time of day. Strength in most lifts at an all time high. Really pleased that I busted out six chin ups with 30kg attached the other day, belt didnt like it though so the buckle snapped and had to buy another one, DOH !

Buying another one was definitely on the cards as the pants are pretty loose still, a bit more give than during the World cup as alluded to above !

[sup]Deadlifted for the first time since november ( according to my vague training schedule ) and maxed out at 215kg !!!! [/sup]
[sup]Fucken thrilled about that, I put the improvement down to chins/pulls which I have been doing quite a lot of. Awesome feeling getting that weight up there. [/sup]
