Sneakadamus at the start of the season:

"If Kearney gets the best out of the big boppers, and figures out a good rotation, the Warriors will be in the playoffs. If not, the Warriors will miss the big dance yet again."

Haven't figured out a good rotation, big boppers are getting bopped by the opposition, things not looking cheery in Warriorville.

Josh Dugan signs with the Sharks. This isn't going to end well.

Playing injured is just asking for trouble, they'll be tetraplegics in no time.

Only if the Warriors sign more backs who crab run and hate tackling, and forwards with no grunt. Otherwise, what's the point? Also, Kearney deserves kudos. Any bloke who can keep getting top level gigs despite an utterly shit percentage winning record, must have deadly pics of someone up high.

For my sins, i support some deadshit teams in various sports. Over the years i have suffered through some absolute dross from the Chiefs; Bay of Plenty; Liverpool; the Brisbane Lions; the Cairns Taipans; the Denver Broncos... Some fleeting highs, a lot of loooong lows.

But no side has fucked me off like the Warriors. These dysfunctional motherfuckers are rubbish every single fucking year, for the same fucking reasons. Every second year we get talked up, on the back of signing another kiwi star player. And every time we fucking suck, and that former superstar ends up being a bit shit.

I have heard rumours of Tohu Harris and Adam Blair. Well, that's the kiwis well and truly fucked now isn't it?

I'm beyond blaming Kearney, because we look the same under every coach. It can't be the players fault, because the roster changes, the same old problems persist.

Seriously, is Mt Smart built on an ancient burial ground? I can't think of another reason for a club to suck under so many different iterations for such a sustained period of time. Do you know how many clubs have won a comp since the Warriors entered? Fucking 12, that's how many. We've only made the finals 7 times. Jesus.

Aussie scribes don't hold back, calling for "unwatchable" Warriors to be axed from NRL.

while both those mouthy fucks have very serious agendas, they are not entirely wrong. At least, they wouldn't be if the Wests Tigers didn't exist, who are probably as bad as us, and are more fucked as an organisation.

@mimic at least the Knights players put in a shift every week, they just lack talent, and i think are broke after Tinkler and "supercoach" Bennett fucked them.

Did you guys see that open letter to the Warriors on Stuff Nation? (Unlike most other stuff, this was very articulate and reasoned.) It had that very point, that one super annoying thing about the Warriors players, is that every week is dial in. After a game, where they have repeatedly insulted the RL gods, they shrug and grin and play on their phones.

Man that would be great, earning piles of money to be really shit at your job. And Shaun Johnson a million $ player? LOL.

Didn't Graham Henry work as a consultant for a short period?

You have to wonder how deep seated the issues go if no matter what they change, the results remain the same.

They manage to attract decent talent, but then that talent goes to shit.

I pretty much gave up on the Warriors (and league to a large extent) about 10 or so years back.

I follow Northland, that's enough heart shredding this man can handle!

It's Origin season (so i guess the Warriors might nick a win or two over the next few weeks)

Queensland name first, no Inglis (mental health), no Scott (gone for season), JT only the slightest of maybes, and Slater omitted. Also no Valentine Holmes, which is astounding.

Somehow Nate Myles got picked again.

Boyd, Oates, O'Neil, Chambers, Gagai, Milford, Cronk, Napa, Smith, Myles, Papalii, Gillett, McGuire. Morgan, Thaiday, Guerra, Lillyman. JT 18th man on a hope.

Mark Gasnier is a fucking retard. Apparently Shaun Johnson is a "victim" of the Warriors. Wake up Mark, milion dollar halfbacks of shit teams take huge amounts of responsibility for them being shit. Learn to kick and make good plays to help out your forwards you fuck, or at least run the ball and use your only real talent.
