I'd give more respect to some one trying to defend Hitler then George Clooney as Batman.
You're probably right to be honest although let's face it the movie versions of Batman were all fucken atrocious until Christian Bale came and saved the day.

Had a look to see if some movie buff had ranked the Batmans ( batmen?) and found this , not surprising ly the Kilmer and Clooney atrocities rank near the bottom. I thought Keaton was good in the one with Nicholson but unfortunately West never made a film , I loved the way he played it straight like Leslie Neilson in naked gun and Airplane.

I'm obviously at odds to the rest of the world because I thought Christian Bale was a boring, personality-less emo. I know the whole Batman thing is the blurred line between good and bad but I like to be able to invest a degree of support for a character and I found him to be a jerk.

It would be a hallucination if I saw it but this is the first time I've heard of it and the movie geeks who made that list chucked in all sorts of obscure films and somehow missed that.
