Just look at the wider shot and imagine if Watson had come free. SBW was doing the right thing to come in and cover but didn't change what he was doing when Watson stayed wrapped up.

Bad advertisement for rugby this half. Too much whistle. Ruined once again by a French referee. There should be greater accountability in this code. It's an entertainment above anything.
