TV Serieseseses

I now officially reckon Hell on Wheels is worth watching. Once I hit about ep6 I watched the rest in quick time.<br />
Now I can't wait for Series 2.<br />
It took a little while to find its feet IMO but once it did it was very good. Some beautiful scenery along with the story too. -
Ok, people so I've just about finished the latest series of Justified and I want to watch a new series. I have three series that are considered classics and I've watched two episodes of each and then stopped - for some reason I couldn't get into them but I'm now going to give one an entire series watch. I can't decide which one to watch so thought I would throw it over to the collective wisdom of the Fern.<br />
<br />
So in alphabetical order the series are:<br />
Breaking Bad<br />
Deadwood<br />
Mad Men<br />
<br />
So which one do you think I should watch next? -
I assume you are up to date on Gossip Girl.....
-
Shit people, there's three options there, pick one of those, please! <img src='http://www.daimenhutchison.com/rugby/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wink.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=';)' /><br />
<br />
Yep, mariner fully update on GG (is that how the cool kids say it?).<br />
<br />
Deadwood ahead 1 - 0 at the moment.<br />
<br />
Tim: Yep, I will watch Sleeper Cell at some stage. -
I haven't seen Deadwood yet but I really enjoyed Hell on Wheels once it got established and there are a lot of reviews out there that compare the two saying HoW is stool to attain the heights of Deadwood.<br />
If that doesn't help then stick with Revenge (my guilty pleasure) -
Cheers guys, I'll keep the thread running until I finally finish Justified (2 episodes to go) and then I'll tally up!<br />
<br />
Tim, I haven't seen Breaking Bad S2 yet but if it's the best television ever, i.e. better than The Wire, then I'm looking forward to it, I just need to try and get past two episodes though! -
I've seen Mad Men and Deadwood. Really enjoyed them both. Took me awhile to warm up to Mad Men, but now I wouldn't miss it. I haven't seen Breaking Bad. I am saving it for when all the shows I watch end so I can do a major visual hit and enjoy it. <br />
<br />
*Deadwood is the reason I watched Sons of Anarchy and Justified. -

Did you watch Kings, Jury? Ian McShane was entertaining in that too.<br />
[/quote]<br />
<br />
No. I haven't seen that one, Tim. Will put it on my watchlist.<br />
<br />
I've been watching some crap lately - something about sharing the TV and all. When I want to chase them away, I put the motorsport channel on now. Works wonders in clearing a room. -
go for Glee...one of my mates who we taunt endlessly about it reckons it is great!!<br />
<br />
Breaking Bad is up there as one of the best things on TV for me, Deadwood S1 & 2 are great, S3 is ok, plenty of familiar faces in it as well. McShane is brilliant! -
If you live The Wire, have you watched The Corner?
-
Grrr! I've given you three options! Pick one (not two TR)! <img src='http://www.daimenhutchison.com/rugby/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' /> (But thanks to everyone who is contributing).

I would watch them in the order you listed them. But they are all good.
