Lost City of Z. Epic and long. Not for everyone but I enjoyed it.
I finished watching this last night and it is excellent. The casting is superb. The cinematography is brilliant.

took the kids to see Diary of a wimpy Kid, long haul.
Very much in the National Lampoons vacation type movie, was decent enough with some silly laughs, kids liked it.
First time I've seen Alicia Silverstone in anything for a long time, still would.

Baby Driver: Latest film by Edgar Wright about a getaway driver. The movie was basically written around the soundtrack as the driver needs to listen to music constantly.
Anton Elgort (?), Kevin Spacey, Jon Hamm, Jamie Foxx and a couple of pretty girls.
Good fun even for non car people (box and 4 wheels).
4 Subaru's out of 5 Escalades.

Jackie - Portman was ok but the screenplay was quite inconsistent I thought. It meandered dully for long stretches and then had some particularly moving moments. Mica Levis score was fantastic. It was sparse yet broody, intense, melancholic and just downright profound at times. It turns out she scored Under The Skin so I'll have to give that another viewing me thinks.
2.5 gunmen out of 5 grassy knolls
Security - Antonio Banderas plays a veteran captain who takes a security job at a mall. A girl on witness relocation turns up the mall chased by Ben Kingsley and a bunch of goons. What plays out is something like Die Hard mashed with Mall Cop.
Its ridiculous, unoriginal, the premise is absurd and I surprisingly didnt hate it as much I was really really expecting to. The head of the mall security team is a cheesy ex high school jock who is actually pretty damn funny and he plays off Banderas well.2.5 Paul Blarts out of 5 John McClanes

Spiderman
I thought it was outstanding. The last spiderman I saw was the original which sucked, I only went as a friend is a big super hero movie fan. Lots of laughs, kinda like a PG version of deadpool. 4 overweight side kicks outta 5 'Michael Keaton > Willem Dafoe'
