I think the criteria in the minds of each group is different. Fans will lean toward entertainment value and showing out on field. Coaches will include training attitude (and in DMacs case the fact that they have been able to rely on him every minute of every game (I think)). Players will go for the guy that has helped them perform and set standards to follow.

@Stargazer I haven't seen the scorers. I was going to go along to watch another winger in the Chiefs team but he was injured so couldn't play.
