It's PETA that are complaining. The same PETA that reportedly euthanise dogs as pet ownership is animal cruelty or something. The got fined for capturing and killing some poor little girl's chihuahua.

I feel your epithet for them is spot on.

I have a photo I took at Meatstock BBQ festival in Auckland this year, complete with anti-meat protesters at the front gate LOL. Bet they loved the smell of cooking meat that drifted over them

I don't like sausages. I'll have the occasional sausage sizzle but I'll never go out of my way to buy them. Especially not when you can just get actual cuts of meat (for a similar price these days too).
