At some point TV rights holders need to realise that just because someone was an All Black, that doesn't make them a good broadcaster. Marshall is a complete moron as a commentator. He can barely string a sentence together and when he does he just utters nonsense. Sack him and send him back to a career as a hairdresser.

There is obviously no performance criteria at all. Once you get in the box it seems impossible to lose your place. He is just....awful.
