What channel or by what means are you guys watching Mr Mercedes? I can't find it in Aus.

Not convinced about Electric Dreams so far. Maybe with PKDs stories they need to be of a longer format to work on screen where you can get distracted by the setting, characters or occasional bits of action and forgive the highbrow concepts.
The short stories just leave you puzzled.
If you enjoy that type of thing though, they are very well made. -
Finished Narcos...good series, although felt Ep10 was a bit of a waste of space, Ep9 pretty much completed it, so they used another ep to do some gap filling which I didn't think they really needed, probably coulda made ep9 an extra 20 mins.
Well I know another series is in the offing but given one of their production team was killed in Mexico while surveying sites, might be delayed?

Ascension
This was in my recommended list, and after a bit of research I saw that the Hot Blonde Cylon (hereafter: HBC) was in it, which is always a plus.
I'm 1.5 eps in, and its a little slow-paced. I keep asking myself all the scientific questions while looking at a gigantic fucking spaceship. I was about to give up on it when HBC's arse appeared in both natural and then clothed forms, so I'm now in for the whole 6 eps.
All the chicks in this thing are pretty hot besides that.

@rembrandt I just got to the end of Ep2* and just had a massive "aha!" moment. Big enough to keep me watching.
*The original thing was a 3-part miniseries - Chapters 1, 2, and 3. They broke each in half to make 6 eps, for reasons i don't understand.

I enjoyed it until it became clear what was happening. Then it was just stupid. They had an interesting premise before that.

What was the seahorse all about? A measure of Enzmann's obsession? Was he too busy/lazy to buy anniversary presents?
Where did Gault end up? And the other guy, Medici?
What would Christa do next? How could they develop/harness her gift?
