TV Serieseseses

Watched the final episode of Mr Mercedes last night...
But - with impaired judgement - after a gig, and drinking whisky throughout.
I seem to recall: maybe not great... but maybe just because my expectations were so high, and it was actually as nice and understated as most of the series?
I seem to recall being pleasantly surprised by the final few seconds.
Can anybody else provide a review so that I can form a complete opinion based on that? All my opinions are now based upon Fern consensus.

Anyone still watching Halt and Catch Fire? The last couple of episodes have been some of the best TV I've seen.

Finished S4 of Silicon Valley, really enjoyed it.

Some great characters in it, Gilfoyle, Jared, Urlich (??) Bighead.

Finished Norsemen

It was funny in that it blended modern sensibilities with the Viking way of life.

But the middle episodes were slow as fuck and got a bit self-indulgent with that theme.

Last two episodes were ok

Finished Mr Mercedes, defo worth a bash, really liked it. Be interesting to see where they take season 2.

Startup is cranking along very nicely, S2 shaping up at least as good as S1 I reckon.

Mindhunter also very good and picking up pace nicely after a handful of episodes.

Rellik...meh, probably a bit shit but can't really stop now after it's getting to the end.

Law & Order: True Crime - The Menendez Murders. Another well worth a watch, even if just for the hair.
