haha, some people have way too much time on thier hands

    A post off FB

I'm an avid Rugby fan, a politics and data nerd, and an analyst by trade - with the result of NZ's election finally known, I've crunched the results of every test the All Blacks have played and mapped it against the political party in power at the time of the test, dating back to 1935 (when the first Labour or National government was elected)…

In the 137 Wallaby tests since the first Labour government was elected on 06/12/1935, the All Blacks have a win rate against the Wallabies of 71.43% when New Zealand has a National Prime Minister, and a 69.81% when we have a Labour Prime Minister...

That could suggest that the Wallabies chances of winning have just increased by 1.62%

@taniwharugby Haha, gold! I see one major flaw though. He should have taken into account what government the Aussies had at the time as well! 😆

Rained all day in Sydney yesterday, so highly likely.

Doesnt appear they have had much today with 4mm but they have had plenty in QLD recently. No doubt ground and ball will be a bit wet.

Meant to clear this arvo I think.

Surface is green sand anyway so should be fine!

Have just been watching NRC game from Ballymore. Decidedly damp.

Radar shows the main part of the cell moving offshore BUT it could bring more rain.

At ground, rain all but gone now. Field looks good but will be wet as you would expect with a full day of rain.

I stand corrected re my post above on Wayne Smith, this is his last game coaching, thought it was the SA game.
