      Buffalo drop their average veteran QB and start their rookie 6th rounder hoping he's the next Tom Brady. Rookie QB throws FIVE interceptions in the first half and is quickly replaced by the average veteran QB.

        @sneakdefreak Giants upset Chiefs - good result for 49ers - keeps them at number 2 in the NFL draft.

          Looking at the teams currently in the playoffs I'm picking it to be a Saints/Steelers Superbowl in Minnesota.

              @nzzp Don't trust the Pats defence and I feel the Eagles will be that team which slips in the conference final (to Drew Brees and the Saints).

                Pats defence should be awful, but Belichek has a way of turning average players into people who step up and do their job. See also, Crusaders around 97; Ron Cribb looked the goods in their system

                    @nzzp Cribb was 2000.

                    97 was so long ago the Blues were the gold standard of Super Rugby.

                      The Seahawks lose by 3 to the Falcons.

                      The Seahawks turned down a short 3 point field goal attempt at the end of the first half by instead running a trick play (which failed) - ouch.

                        I think their defense is slowly coming back to a pretty good level. Early in the season, I was thinking their defense was too shaky to win it all, but in their last 6 games, they've held teams to 12.5 points per game.

                        Just when we thought there was light...

                            They've already lost their #1 recevier for the season.. They've been playing this year at times without Hogan, Hightower, Gilmore, Mitchell etc..

                              They may now have the same record (5-6) but the Los Angeles Chargers are all of a sudden bolting into playoff calculations (excuse the pun) in the weak AFC after destroying the Cowboys, whose season looks done and dusted in the tough NFC.

                              I know owners these days can be guilty of being trigger happy with coaches but Jason Garrett might be on the hot seat as Cowboys coach - he gets routinely outcoached and the franchise is really going nowhere with him as head coach - he doesnt look a championship calibre coach.

                                @kiwimurph How crazy is the AFC West. At the start of the season it looked like it was going to be a three-horse race between Kansas City, Oakland and Denver and all three had a good chance at making the Superbowl. Now it's looking like it will be the San Diego/LA Super Chargers in a tanking division.

                                  With the Chiefs falling to the Bills, the Chargers are now in with a real shot being 1 game behind. And they also play each other too, which will probably be the decider to see who wins the division.

                                  Rams also pulled off a huge win over the Saints who were on a roll..

                                  Eagles look like heavy favourites to take it out.. Thats if they can survive the tough NFC
